After 2003 I started to really explore color and texture as well as carving in 3D. Having no formal art education, I've taught myself how to paint on wood in such a way that there is an illusion of depth to the subject. I grew bored with working in 2D and have expanded my explorations into three dimensions through carving.
I also hired Jerry Anthony as my official photographer. Most of the images posted on my website from 2004 and onward are from his studio.
